Step 1: Identify your product
- Energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS/EDX), electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), micro x-ray fluorescence (Micro-XRF), and wavelength dispersive spectroscopy (WDS) products
Step 2: Gather required information
For all requests, please have the following ready:
- Model
- Serial number
- Reason for return or repair
- Bill-to and ship-to addresses (including contact name and phone)
Step 3: Submit your request

- You will receive confirmation and further instructions via email.
